Job Description
What you will do:
- Execute sales activities to achieve assigned budgeted sales targets and profitability goals for the designated territory.
- Support the Regional Sales/Business Manager in promoting joint replacement products to individual doctors and hospitals within the assigned region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including participation in tenders and government business channels.
- Ensure optimal and efficient utilization of the company’s demo and instrument units within the territory.
- Collaborate and coordinate closely with ABM/ZSM as required to drive business objectives.
- Retain key accounts while proactively identifying and developing new customers to expand Stryker’s customer base.
- Identify, develop, and manage multiple business channels, including distributor-driven and direct sales models.
- Provide customized solutions to customers through detailed techno-commercial discussions aligned with their clinical and operational requirements.
- Drive the upgrade of existing customers to newer technologies and advanced product offerings.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences, Sales & Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 4–7 years of proven sales experience in the healthcare industry; preference for candidates with exposure to surgical/clinical product sales or the Medtech sector
- Experience recruiting or working closely within the medical device, life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related industries will be an added advantage.
