Job Description
Execute production activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and production plans.
Monitor critical process parameters and ensure compliance with SOPs and process requirements.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, utilities, and raw materials.
Troubleshoot process deviations and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
Achieve shift-wise production targets with minimum downtime and wastage.
Coordinate with QA and QC for sampling, in-process checks, and batch release activities.
Participate in investigations related to deviations, OOS, incidents, and CAPA implementation
