Job Description
Manage routine analysis of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, In-Process Samples, Intermediates, Finished APIs, and Stability Samples.
Ensure timely testing and reporting of analytical results to support manufacturing and batch release timelines.
Review analytical data, chromatograms, calculations, worksheets, and laboratory records for compliance and accuracy.
Monitor laboratory productivity and ensure adherence to testing schedules.
Supervise Chemical, Instrumentation, Stability, and Wet Analysis laboratories.
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, KF Titrator, Dissolution Apparatus, and TOC Analyzer.
Coordinate calibration, qualification, and preventive maintenance activities for laboratory instruments.
Ensure laboratory housekeeping, safety, and compliance with 5S practices.
