Job Description
Execute manufacturing activities as per approved BMR and production schedules.
Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, blenders, and other process equipment.
Perform charging, reaction monitoring, filtration, drying, blending, and packing activities.
Monitor and record critical process parameters and report deviations immediately.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, raw materials, and utilities.
Support batch completion within planned timelines and target yields.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, GDP, and data integrity requirements.
Review production documents for completeness before submission.
Participate in audits and inspections by providing required documentation and support.
