Job Description
Execute API manufacturing processes as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, and production schedules.
Handle and monitor reactor operations, distillation, filtration, centrifugation, drying, blending, and packing activities.
Ensure adherence to process parameters and report any deviations or abnormalities promptly.
Coordinate with shift teams to ensure smooth batch execution and timely completion.
Monitor production yields, cycle times, solvent recovery, and process efficiencies.
Ensure optimum utilization of equipment, manpower, raw materials, and utilities.
Provide on-the-job training and coaching to shop-floor personnel.
Support Shift Incharge in manpower planning and workforce management.
Maintain compliance with cGMP, GDP, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.
Review documentation for accuracy before submission to QA.
Participate in internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
