Job Description
• Ensure all activities related to receipt and issuance of raw material and packing material shall be done as per cGMP requirements.
• Responsible for regulatory and customer audits.
• Monitoring shifting of material to the respective area.
• Monitoring unloading of solvents from tanker to respective storage tanks.
• Monitoring of all activities related to warehouse.
• Ensure to maintain FIFO system in Warehouse.
• Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping inside the store and surrounding area.
• Responsible for maintaining of all documents.
• Imparting training to subordinates.
• Prepare indent for requirement of Store.
• Responsible for raising the Change Control and close the same timely.
• Ensure use of PPEs and maintain safety norms within the department.
• To ensure effective warehouse operation as per cGMP guidelines.
• To face customer and regulatory audit without any major NC.
• Preparation and review of SOPs.
• Monitoring issuance of RM/PM to production as per requirement.
• Monitoring the timely receipt of intermediate as per requirement.
• To co-ordinate Technical team/QC/QA/Finance for quality of material & other related issues.
• Ensure timely closing of RGPs.
