Job Summary

Leads advanced technician-level support for engineering systems, product data governance, and process execution. Serves as the senior technician resource for complex transactions, escalations, training, and process coordination, while helping drive consistency and efficiency across system-related activities.

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO & 2 WFH)

How You'll Create Impact

Key Job Duties

• Serve as the lead technician resource for complex engineering system support and data issues.
• Coordinate and prioritize technician workflow, escalations, and day-to-day operational support.
• Review and audit engineering change activity, BOM accuracy, metadata standards, and system compliance.
• Lead data cleanup, standardization, and migration support efforts for engineering systems.
• Support implementation of process improvements and system enhancements in partnership with engineers and IT.
• Train users and technicians on system procedures, best practices, and documentation.
• Monitor recurring issues and recommend improvements to workflows and data management practices.
• Provide cross-functional support for business teams using PLM and related applications.

Areas of Competence:

• PLM/PDM Systems: Advanced to expert knowledge of Teamcenter, Windchill, and related product data management processes.
• CAD Integration: Strong working knowledge of NX, Creo, and SolidWorks within integrated, controlled data environments.
• Business Process / Process Engineering: Advanced understanding of engineering change control, ERP and QMS interfaces, product data governance, and process compliance requirements.
• Systems Analysis / Problem Solving: Ability to lead investigation of complex data integrity issues, workflow failures, and recurring process breakdowns.
• Documentation / Training: Leads technician-level training and supports development of procedures, standards, and documentation updates.
• Software Tools: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; practical experience using Notepad++ and similar utilities.

What Makes You Stand Out

Preferred

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in engineering technology, information systems, manufacturing technology, or a related technical field.
• Advanced experience supporting PLM/PDM systems, engineering data governance, or document control in a regulated or manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating work, training others, or serving as a lead resource for system and process support activities.
• Experience with engineering change processes, data cleanup, migration support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience
