Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
Promote pharmaceutical products and services to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
Build and maintain long\-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and channel partners.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback in CRM systems.
Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and expand networks.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.
Willingness to travel occasionally for field visits
Support in converting leads into active clients during field interactions
Coordinate and schedule Zoom/online meetings for product discussions
Requirements
Bpharm, Dpharm graduates
1u20133 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development.
Language Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada are preferable Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and healthcare market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build client relationships and manage information.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to go field visit if required.
Confidence in speaking with doctors and healthcare professionals
