Business Development Executive

Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
  • Promote pharmaceutical products and services to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain long\-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback in CRM systems.
  • Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and expand networks.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for field visits
  • Support in converting leads into active clients during field interactions
  • Coordinate and schedule Zoom/online meetings for product discussions


  • Requirements

  • Bpharm, Dpharm graduates
  • 1u20133 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or business development.
  • Language Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada are preferable
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and healthcare market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build client relationships and manage information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to go field visit if required.
  • Confidence in speaking with doctors and healthcare professionals
