Senior Research Associate
Job Description
Responsibilities –
·Effectively handle assay development & allied activities :
oDevelop and validate bio-chemical and cell based assays independently as per client requirement
oMaintain a record of day to day experimental activities in ELNB
oData analysis of experimental outcomes under supervision
oLiaise with service engineers (external) to ensure that laboratory equipment are in working condition
oDraft SOPs for Bio-chemical and cell based assays
oSupport team in delivery of client based FTE/FFS projects as required
·Ensure safety at work :
oFollow safety SOPs defined for cell culture
oMaintenance and usage of equipment/instruments as per SOPs and general housekeeping norms.
·Maintain records, data integrity :
oMaintain strict data integrity and adhere to related policies.
·Ensure skill development of self & team:
oEnhance knowledge in the work area through formal and informal means of learning
oFocus on developing behavioral competencies through behavioral workshops and feedback discussion with manager
