Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Procurement Analyst to support our Data Analytics, Systems, and Compliance teams within Procurement Center of Excellence team. This role will be instrumental in delivering monthly and ad hoc reporting Procurement KPI’s, spend analytics managing the ETL processes around Spend Analytics tool, and contract lifecycle management. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the procurement team’s digital infrastructure, including intranet content, SharePoint sites, and Livelink file repositories.

How You'll Create Impact
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Global Procurement KPI reviews by consolidating monthly reports. Document action items during the KPI reviews.
• Develop and deliver ad hoc and recurrent reports and dashboards to support procurement decision-making and spend reporting aligned with company’s ESG commitments.
• Use Python and Pandas for data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Perform spend analysis to identify trends, savings opportunities, and compliance gaps.
• Support contract lifecycle management by training and guiding category leads/contract owners on proper initiation, maintenance and archival of contract is corporate contract management system.
• Maintain and update the Procurement intranet site, ensuring content is current, relevant, and user-friendly.
• Manage SharePoint and Livelink repositories, ensuring proper file structure, access control, and versioning.
• Serve as the point of contact for procurement content governance and digital collaboration tools.
• Coordinates spend ETL processes from multiple ERP systems and sources to be uploaded to SAP ARIBA spend analytics tool. Engage with respective business and IT stakeholders internally and SAP externally.
What Makes You Stand Out
Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities):
• Proficiency in Python and Pandas for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with procurement data standards (e.g., UNSPSC)
• Familiarity with contract management systems and compliance reporting.
• Experience working in a global or matrixed organizationEffective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and procurement systems Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Hands-on experience with Spend Analytics tools (SAP Ariba Spend Management, Coupa or similar) including ETL processes and data integration.
• Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication (fluent in English on a verbal and written level)
Your Background
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with SharePoint, intranet content management, and document repositories (e.g., Livelink).
• 3+ years of experience in supplier enablement, procurement operations, or eProcurement systems.
