What You Can Expect

Leads complex sustaining projects across multiple sites; mentors engineers and aligns work with business priorities. Provides cross-site leadership for sustaining activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in office)

How You'll Create Impact

  • Leads complex sustaining projects across multiple sites/products
  • Oversees obsolescence and supplier transition efforts
  • Develops and improves sustaining procedures and tools
  • Conducts advanced failure analysis and systemic CAPAs
  • Mentors Engineers I–Sr I levels
  • Serves as technical reviewer/approver for clinical, regulatory and change documentation
  • Aligns sustaining activities with business priorities

  • Leadership of complex sustaining projects across multiple products or sites.
  • Advanced failure analysis, systemic CAPA execution, and risk mitigation.
  • Development and improvement of sustaining tools, procedures, and standards.
  • Technical review/approval of engineering, regulatory, and clinical documentation.
  • Mentorship of Engineers I–Sr I and influence on technical decision-making.
  • Ability to align sustaining work with business priorities and multi-site strategies.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum B.S. degree from an ABET accredited school (or global equivalent) in one of the following engineering disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering Technology, Bioengineering Technology, Aerospace Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering
  • 5 to 7 years of full-time engineering experience
