Job responsibility
- He/She is to authorize to sign (as a doer or reviewer):
- Annual Product Review (APR) / Product Quality Review (PQR)
- Change Controls records.
- Preparation of Departmental SOPs
- Corrective Actions and Preventive Action (CAPAs) records
- Deviation reports.
- Learning Management System related records.
- Prepare and Review of Annual Product Review (APR) / Product Quality Review (PQR)
- Review and closing of Change Controls.
- Initiation, Review and closing of Deviation investigation.
- Initiation, Review and Closing of CAPAs.
- Handling of any other activities / tasks allotted by department head.
