- Prospecting for new partners in the chosen markets
- Showcase Rubicon’s capabilities & products to potential partners
- Evaluation of short-listed opportunities, negotiate for deal terms, prepare business case presentations.
- Negotiation of term sheets / definitive agreements
- Alliance Management
- Influence the cross functional team to drive the BD endeavors at organizational level
- Must have 10+ years of international BD experience in Finished Products
- Must have proven success in key markets of European Union (EU)
- Excellent communication skills
- Mindset to work with Cross functional teams
- Excellent networks
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Enterprising and Entrepreneurial approach
- Willingness to travel
Candidate living close to Thane / in central line may be preferred
Experience of business operations would be an added advantage
