PurposeThe SeniorManager – HRIS & Talent Analytics will be responsible for driving HR technology adoption, optimizing HR systems, and leveraging data analytics to provide strategic insights that enhance workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR efficiency. - Lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, etc.).
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within HR systems.
- Automate HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, performance management, learning & development, and employee records.
- Serve as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and integration with other business tools.
- Train HR teams and business stakeholders on HR system functionalities and best practices.
Talent Analytics & Workforce Planning
- Develop dashboards, reports, and predictive models to provide actionable workforce insights (e.g., attrition trends, hiring effectiveness, internal mobility, skill gaps, etc.).
- Leverage data analytics to drive strategic HR decisions related to talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to measure recruitment effectiveness (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity metrics, and cost-per-hire).
- Monitor and analyze employee engagement, retention trends, and workforce productivity to improve HR interventions.
HR Data Governance & Compliance
- Establish strong data governance policies to ensure HR data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support audits, compliance reporting, and HR risk assessments.
- Drive standardization and accuracy in HR reporting across all business units.
HR Technology & Innovation
- Identify emerging HR technology trends and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Recommend and implement new HR tools (e.g., AI-driven recruitment platforms, employee experience applications, people analytics tools).
- Optimize employee self-service portals and HR automation initiatives to improve HR service delivery.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and finance teams to align HR technology and analytics with organizational goals.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing HR data insights to influence business strategy.
- Lead change management initiatives related to HR technology adoption
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any disciple. Certification is HR Analytics would be a Plus.
- Strong expertise in HR technology platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or other enterprise HR systems
- Proven experience in HR data analytics, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and workforce planning.
- Hands-on experience in designing dashboards, predictive analytics, and automation.
- Knowledge of compliance, HR policies, and labour law regulations.
- Ability to translate complex HR data into actionable business insights.
