PurposeRecruitment of New Position.
As Manager – Talent Acquisition at Rubicon Research Ltd., you will be responsible for driving the full spectrum of hiring across our manufacturing plants at Ambernath, Satara, and Indore. This includes managing high-volume shopfloor recruitment as well as specialized technical and leadership roles. You will act as a trusted partner to Plant Leadership, Department Heads, and HRBPs, ensuring timely closures, effective collaboration, and a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders. The role requires proven expertise in stakeholder management, team leadership, and a strong digital orientation to design and implement scalable, future-ready hiring practices.

- Own and drive all recruitment across Ambernath, Satara, and Indore manufacturing plants – from bulk shopfloor hiring to niche technical/scientific roles and support functions.
- Anticipate manpower requirements across plants and proactively build talent pipelines to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Stakeholder & Escalation Management
- Act as the primary TA partner for Plant Heads, Department Heads, and HRBPs at all sites.
- Manage escalations, conduct periodic hiring reviews, and ensure alignment with plant-specific business needs.
Collaboration & HRBP Partnership
-Partner with HRBPs across plants to integrate recruitment into broader people strategies, including attrition management, redeployment, and internal mobility.
- Provide actionable dashboards and reports to enable proactive workforce planning at plant and corporate levels.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor recruiters supporting all plants, ensuring consistency in hiring practices, SLA adherence, and delivery quality.
- Build recruiter capability in bulk sourcing, niche headhunting, and automation-led hiring practices.
Metrics & Compliance
- Track, analyze, and improve key recruitment metrics across sites: TAT, Source Mix, Offer To Join, Recruiter Productivity.
- Ensure adherence to Recruitment SOP and aligned processes.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
Preferably have following skill but not limitas mentioned below;
- Bachelor / Master Degree (Any discipline).
- 8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition with proven success in manufacturing / pharma hiring.
- Expertise in handling bulk/volume (Shopfloor) hiring along with specialist/niche recruitment.
- Strong digital orientation: hand on with ATS/CRM, Dashboards, Automation workflows and analytical tools.
- Key Competencies:

- High accountability and agility in a dynamic environment.
- Strong ethical compass and integrity in decision-making
Additional Notes
- If required, the candidate should be ready to travel to all plant locations on work priority as per company policy.
