Job Responsibilities / Deliverables

1. Purchase Order (PO) Management
•Create, review, and track purchase orders for CMO operations
•Coordinate with internal teams and CMOs for PO acknowledgment and execution timelines
•Monitor order status and ensure adherence to delivery schedules
2. RM/PM Coordination (Raw Material / Packaging Material)
Plan and coordinate availability of raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) with procurement and warehouse teams
•Follow up with vendors and CMOs to ensure timely material readiness
•Maintain inventory visibility and highlight potential shortages or delays
3. Dispatch Planning & Execution
•Plan dispatch schedules in coordination with production, warehouse, and logistics partners
•Ensure timely delivery of finished goods from CMO locations to warehouses/distributors
•Coordinate transporters and ensure proper documentation for shipments
•Track dispatch status and resolve logistics-related issues

4. Invoice Processing & Commercial Documentation
•Prepare and verify invoices as per agreed commercial terms
•Ensure accuracy in pricing, taxes (GST), and quantity details
•Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and payment follow-ups
•Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
5. CMO Coordination
•Act as a key point of contact between the company and contract manufacturers
•Align on production plans, dispatch schedules, and documentation
•Ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and timelines
•Coordinate S&OP process and MIS for CMO dashboards
•responsible for CMO OTIF
•Travel to CMO sites for batches or as required
6. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain records of POs, dispatches, and invoices
•Generate MIS reports for management review
•Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and company compliance standards

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
•Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management
•Strong understanding of supply chain processes in the pharmaceutical industry
•Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and commercial documentation
•Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and MS Excel
•Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
•Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
