Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
2. Technical Oversight:
- Provide technical expertise in the design, construction, and commissioning of pharmaceutical facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of construction quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.
4. Budget and Cost Management:
- Prepare cost estimates and monitor project expenditures to ensure adherence to budget.
- Identify and manage project risks to minimize financial impact.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best possible terms.
5. Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Promote a culture of safety on the construction site.
- Conduct safety training and audits to ensure a safe working environment.
6. Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure that all parties are informed of project status and changes.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on pharmaceutical plants.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- May require occasional travel to other project sites or company locations.
- Must be able to work in a construction environment, including exposure to various weather conditions.
