Purpose
The role supports international pharmaceutical businesses by providing performance analytics, strategic insights, and planning support across global markets. The incumbent will work closely with regional business teams to drive growth, profitability, and effective execution across regulated and semi-regulated markets.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
Analyze country, region, and product-wise BD performance
Track performance versus AOP, forecasts, and budgets for international markets
Support annual planning & long-range plans for export businesses
Conduct market, customer, and portfolio analysis across regulated and emerging markets
Support pricing, tenders and profitability analysis by market
Prepare monthly MIS, dashboards, and management review presentations
Perform any other duty assigned from time to time
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather data
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
Good analytical ability
Costing and Pricing analysis
