Technician
Job Description
- Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues.
- Scheduled Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and part replacements.
- Ensure and avoid the major breakdown and timely compliance of breakdown with substantial reduction in the downtime.
- Taking corrective and preventive action on the machine breakdowns with root cause analysis & closing of Job work order on time.
- Maintaining Preventive Maintenance check list, records History Card of Equipment’s.
- Handling of actual equipment preventive maintenance as per checklist. Carry out predictive maintenance to avoid breakdown of the equipment based on the condition and instruction from the engineers.
- Handle in-house modifications and improvement projects.
- Providing engineering support for qualification activities.
·Follow all GMP and GEP practices in the Nasal area.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
- ITI/ Diploma - Electrical / Instruments/ Electronic
- Working experience on Nasal machines, assembly lines with indexing mechanism, having knowledge of handling automated machine with cobot etc.
- Expected to follow all safety procedures while executing the role
- Should have hands on experience in troubleshooting special purpose machine instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic system.

Additional notes- Role is expected to work in all shifts.
- Expected to support other Rubicon sites during emergencies.
- Maintenance of daily Routine shift engineering jobs of Nasal machine like DARA, Marchesini, IMA, Biozeen machine etc.
