Weareseekingatechnicallyskilledand insight-drivenManager tojointhe BPCI team,focusingondataanalytics, SAP/OTC performancemetrics, anddashboarding.Thisrole isresponsiblefordeliveringoperationaltransparencyand businessintelligencethroughperformance dashboards,metricdevelopment, andautomationthatsupportAmgen'sglobal OTCstrategy.
The rolewillenableacultureofdata-drivendecision-making andoperationalexcellenceacrossregionsbyowninganalyticcapabilitiesand workingcollaborativelywithinternalpartnerstoscalesolutions.Youwillsupport performance tracking,analyticsinnovation, andcontinuousimprovementefforts.
KeyResponsibilities
Design, build, andmaintaininteractivePower BI dashboards andreportsthatmonitorcriticalOTC performancemetricsacrossorder management, returns,chargebacks,credits, and customercomplaints.
Translatebusinessneedsintoscalabledata solutionsusingSAP ERP,Salesforceandotherenterprisesystems.
Partnerwithglobal GCX, Supply Chain, and DTIteamstoensuredataaccuracy,standardization, andeffectivereportingfor key business processes.
Leaddevelopmentofnewmetricsandreportingframeworks tomeasureoperationaleffectiveness, customerexperience, and digitaladoptiontrends.
Provideanalyticssupport for strategicinitiativessuchasprocessautomation, systemintegration, andcontinuousimprovementprojects.
Drive insightsoncustomerbehaviorandpainpointsbyintegratingmultipledatasetsandcollaboratingwiththe Customer Journey, Service Delivery, and Productteams.
Establishgovernancearounddashboard design, datasources, andreportingstandards toensureconsistencyandalignmentwithenterpriseobjectives.
Delivertraining,documentation, and self-service tools toenhanceanalyticscapabilitiesacrossthe GCX team and businesspartners.
Identifyautomationopportunitiesandinfluencetechnologyenhancementsto improve data accessibility andreducemanualreportingeffort.
Provideproactiveanalysisandearly-warningindicatorsto supportoperationalriskmitigationand businesscontinuityplanning.
BasicQualifications
Bachelor'sdegreein Business,Analytics, Computer Science,Engineering,orarelatedfield.
8+yearsofexperienceinanalytics, data management,orbusinessintelligenceroleswithinpharma,biotech,orhealthcare.
ProvenexperiencewithSAP ERP,Salesforce, andanalyticsplatformslike Power BI and Tableau.
DemonstratedunderstandingofOTC processes andabilityto connect datawithbusinessoutcomes.
PreferredQualifications
Bachelor'sdegreein Business,Analytics, Computer Science,Engineering,orarelatedfield;advanceddegreepreferred.
8+years'experienceinanalytics, data management,orbusinessintelligenceroleswithinpharma,biotech,orhealthcare.
