Job Description
\
Contact existing customers/distributors regularly through phone calls to maintain strong business relationships.
Follow up with customers who have not placed orders for a long period.
Identify customers with reduced order quantities and understand the reason for the decline.
Encourage repeat orders by explaining product availability, offers, and company support.
Inform customers about new product launches, schemes, and stock updates.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions, order status, and follow\-up activities.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team regarding customer requirements and pending orders.
Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate major issues to the concerned department.
Ensure timely follow\-up on pending payments or order confirmations when required.
Build and maintain healthy relationships with existing customers to improve retention and sales continuity.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer calls, responses, and order conversions.
