Job Description
"• Cleaning and operation of Coding and data matrix Coding Machine.
• Cleaning and operation of Coding Machine.
• Clearance of coding area and machine.
• Preventive maintenance of coding machine.
• Check whether the coding is correct or not.
• Check whether the material of the batch of any carton to be coded is correct or not.
• Destroy any rejected cartons after complete of the batch.
• Clearance of packing line / area / machine.
• Verification of packing / labelling materials
• Clearance of packing area.
• Process of secondary packing.
• Verification of packing materials.
• Weighing balance and its verification
• Clearance of packing area at the start of shift / end of shift / at the time of changeover.
• Removal of rejections from the line after packing.
• Online /Offline packing process.
• Removal and destruction of excess packing materials from the line in presence of packing supervisor and QA supervisor."
