Senior Technical Supervisor
Job Description
• To plan daily Dry syrup filling activity per norms of cGMP.
• To supervise Cleaning & dry syrup activity as per requirement in Cephalosporin block.
• To carry out in process checks during dry syrup filling activities.
• To arrange batches as per shift plan and planning for next shift material to make easy to perform Granulation activity.
• To maintain document (BMR) as per cGMP and also filled and maintain the daily, weekly, monthly record as per cGMP requirement and confirm in SAP. 6. To maintain on-line documents BPR and BMR as per cGMP & confirm in SAP & ensure to transfer in BSR. Also make the WIP statement every month and MIS, DPR /DMR every day.
• To coordinate with RM stores Raw materials procurement in time.
• To carry out proper line clearance procedure and follow SOPs
• To ensure discipline from workers and get systematic work to improve quality.
• To Comply cGMP and other regulatory requirement during manufacturing process.
• To ensure daily monitoring of manufacturing activity.
• To Follow Quality guideline and train workmen accordingly.
• To compliance of cGMP and Regulatory requirements.
• Reporting to Shift In charge for routine activities and special assignment given by Seniors
