Job Description
Solid Pacing :• To plan daily packing activity per norms of cGMP.
• To supervise dry cleaning and packing activity as per requirement in Cephalosporin block.
• Achieve agreed production targets.
• To optimize utilization and productivity of Manpower and Machines.
• To ensure compliance to audit observations (Internal / External
• To ensure that all records / documents for compliance to regulatory requirements are maintained on-line and archived for retrieval.
• To carry out in process checks during packing activities.
• To arrange batches as per shift plan and planning for next shift material to make easy to perform .
• To maintain document (BMR) as per cGMP and also filled and maintain the daily, weekly, monthly record as per cGMP requirement and confirm in SAP.
• To coordinate with RM stores Raw materials procurement in time.
• To carry out proper line clearance procedure and follow SOPs
• To ensure discipline from workers and get systematic work to improve quality.
• To Comply cGMP and other regulatory requirement during manufacturing process.
• To ensure daily monitoring of manufacturing activity.
• To Follow Quality guideline and train workmen accordingly.
• To compliance of cGMP and Regulatory requirements.
• Reporting to Shift In charge for routine activities and special as signment given by seniors
