Job Description
• To ensure the GLP compliance in Penicillin Quality Control Lab.
• To ensure all the instruments Preventive maintenance and Calibration as per schedule in Penicillin Quality Control lab.
• To plan the analysis and trouble shooting in absence of supervisor.
• To review the COA of Finished product/ raw material in LIMS after the completion of analysis.
• To review Analytical reports of Vendor Qualification Samples, in process, Stability samples Validation samples.
• To review the COA, Standard Test Procedure, SOPs and other master documents. (as per requirement)
• To ensure the column usage and record’s of impurities and working standard/ reference standard during Raw Material, Finished Product and Stability sample analysis.
• To review the instruments log books related to Raw Materials Finished products and Stability analysis.
• To do all the activities as per the instructions of immediate senior as well as management.
• To check the documentation of Quality Control Lab. for recording the data entries of finished goods.
• Release of Finished Product in SAP.
• Preparation in master in SAP.
