Job Description
Plant round to check the gaps and report to HO
Report incident along with investigation and corrective and preventive action of near
miss/incident/accident.
Monitoring of work permit system at site and on time closure
To inspect, testing of fire detection systems installed in the plant and maintain the
healthiness all the time
Audit and Inspection of plant, machinery, storage tanks, warehouse etc
ISO and SOP to implemented as per GMP requirement
To conduct mock drills for legal compliance as per the decided frequency
To impart various Safety related trainings to Employees and Contract Workers
Ensure PPEs to be used by employees as per their job requirement
Legal compliance as per the DISH, PESO, collector NOC, CGWA etc
Arrange first aid training from external authority for employees.
Ensure hazardous materials are store, handle with required safety measures of
employees.
Prepare MIS on monthly basis
