Apprentice - Quality Control

Job Description

1. Sampling of Raw Material & maintaining all record regarding Sampling in Labware LIMS.
2. Sampling of Packaging Material & maintaining all record regarding Sampling in Labware LIMS.

3. Sending raw Material and Packing material Samples for outside Testing for testing.

4. Responsible for any Internal & External Audit preparation.

1. Ensure safety, good documentation practices and GMP (Laboratories control).
2. All entry related to sampling of RM/PM/Control samples to be done in Labware LIMS.
3. To perform cleaning of the instruments/Equipment before and after operation during respective Sampling.
4. Management of control samples keeps the samples in respective area and to perform the task as per Labware LIMS role.
5. Calibration of lab instruments as per requirement.
6. To perform area cleaning and fumigation activity as per respective SOP.
7. To affix labels during and after sampling activity.
8. To carry out all the activities related to Labware LIMS as per job assigned.
9. Other activity/work assigned by Supervisor/Head QC and his designee.
