Research Scientist - Cellular Engineering
Job Description
Job Profile:
Support research activities involving primary and stem cell culture, cell-based functional assays, and molecular biology techniques. The role includes immunofluorescence imaging, production and characterization of cell-derived products (e.g. Exosomes), data analysis, and preparation of technical reports while contributing to collaborative R&D projects.
Qualifications
• PhD or Master's degree with 2–3 years of research experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Nanobiotechnology, Cell Biology, regenerative medicine or a related field.
Essential Skills
• Primary and stem cell culture (e.g., human and animal cell lines)
• Cell-based functional assays (e.g., cell viability, wound healing)
• RNA isolation, RT-PCR/qPCR
• ELISA, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting
• Bright-field and fluorescence microscopy
• Data analysis (GraphPad Prism) and Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills
• Nanoparticle/nanovesicle characterization (DLS, NTA, SEM/TEM)
• Confocal fluorescence microscopy
• Scientific report writing and SOP preparation
• Data presentation for publications and internal reports
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative research environment
