Billing & Packing Executive

• Prepare customer bills accurately using billing software(zoho).
  
• Check product details, quantity, price, and discounts.
  
• Pack products safely and neatly as per order requirements.
  
• Verify items before packing and dispatch.
  
• Maintain billing and packing records.
  
• Coordinate with delivery agent and customer.
  
• Handle customer queries related to billing and orders.
  
• Report billing errors, missing items, or damaged products to the manager.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 12th qualification/any bachelor degree.
  
• Basic computer and billing software knowledge [zoho].
  
• Good calculation and attention\-to\-detail skills.
  
• Ability to pack products carefully and efficiently.
  
• Good communication and customer\-service skills.
  
• Responsible, punctual, and organized.
  
• Previous billing/packing experience is an advantage.
