Position Summary You will lead enterprise and large public healthcare accounts in India to improve patient access and grow business impact. You will coach a small regional team and work closely with Commercial, Medical, Supply Chain and Access colleagues. We value practical leadership, clear execution, and a data-driven approach. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead, coach and develop a small team of account managers to deliver regional enterprise and public account plans. - Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospital administrators, state procurement teams, and other public stakeholders. - Secure participation in rate contracts, tenders and public funding mechanisms to expand patient access. - Coordinate with Supply Chain and commercial operations to ensure stock continuity and reduce turnaround time from prescription to access. - Use data and insights to prioritise accounts, track performance and identify growth opportunities. - Work cross-functionally with Medical, Access, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to design and execute account-level interventions. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field. - Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical market access, institutional or public accounts, or government engagement in India. - Proven track record securing rate contracts, tenders, or public funding mechanisms. - Experience leading and developing a small team with clear delivery outcomes. - Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with public sector decision-makers. - Comfortable working in a hybrid model and able to travel regularly to customer sites. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Advanced degree such as MBA, MPH, or a relevant postgraduate qualification. - Experience in oncology, specialty medicines, or other high-value therapies. - Deep knowledge of India’s public healthcare financing, tendering and procurement processes. - Experience with patient support programs and PSP implementation in public settings. - Proficiency with CRM tools, business intelligence and data analytics for account planning. - Demonstrated success working across matrix teams with Medical, Supply Chain and Commercial colleagues.
