Purpose of Job
The Manager – Supply Chain Planning Excellence & SAP IBP will lead the deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of integrated business planning processes across global manufacturing sites. The role is responsible for driving SAP IBP adoption, ensuring effective S&OP execution, establishing planning governance, and leveraging digital technologies and analytics to improve supply chain performance, inventory optimization, and decision-making.
Roles and Responsibilites
- Getting SAP IBP platform get rolled out across global manufacturing sites in partnership with implementation team
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of monthly S&Op cadence in partnership with key global stake holders
- Ensure Planning systems generate touch less KPIs and key insights for relevant actions as continuous improvements
- Monitoring Exceptions in planning process and getting those learnings build in in systems as feedback loop to reduce these gradually
- Establishing & Driving governance of SCM planning related process metrics like plan adherence, master data errors & functional KPIs in system
- Encourage planners to use system exception messages/Alerts for inventory optimization as continuous improvement
- Leverage Technology and data insights from planning/execution systems to it's best and these advanced as per business needs"- make JD from this roles n resposibility, mention educational qualification, experience accordingly for manager position
Relevant skills / Industry experience
8–12+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning.
Relevant professional / Educational background
Master's Degree (MBA/PGDM) in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Management.
