We are seeking to hire a Manager - Medical Data Enablement who will be responsible for delivering data enablement and operational plans to functions imperative to medical data.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the creation and delivery of medical data enablement deliverables with high accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
- Design, develop, and maintain data enablement solutions optimized for a dynamic, evolving infrastructure landscape.
- Support leadership through clear documentation, communication, and continuous visibility of project progress.
- Create and maintain SOPs, quality checklists, and standards to ensure consistent, high‑quality outputs.
- Drive knowledge‑sharing initiatives within the function to strengthen capability, alignment, and best‑practice adoption.
- Ensure transparent, exemplary communication with internal teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on achievements, metrics, staffing, and key events.
- Lead the delivery of multiple projects across franchises and cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment to KPIs and timelines.
- Develop, coordinate, and track project plans across design, development, and production stages to ensure successful execution.
- Proactively identify risks, conflicts, and resource gaps, supporting smooth delivery across the portfolio.
- Provide strategic consultancy and analytics-driven insights to guide commercialization decisions and influence optimal business outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Data/Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a data enablement role, preferably in Real-World Evidence (RWE) or medical data environments.
- Hands-on experience with data tools such as SQL, DataIKU, PowerBI, Python, NLP/AI, Jira, etc.
- Familiarity with US medical datasets or platforms such as Optum, EHR, HealthVerity, Data42.
- Proven experience delivering multiple complex projects across functions and therapeutic areas.
- Exposure to pharma / life sciences industry (preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset and learning agility and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project coordination and planning capabilities.
- Ability to identify risks, resolve dependencies, and manage cross-functional workflows effectively.

- Awareness of key performance and execution KPIs specific to medical data insight generation.
- Knowledge of NLP/AI-driven data processing approaches.
- Ability to collaborate across geographies and operate in matrixed teams.
