Job Description
Your Role:
- Co-ordinate with planning team and plan the day PO’s in 1-2 advance and hand-over the list for staging and other activities.
- Weigh hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals accurately using precision equipment into specific containers.
- Verify hood and safety equipment function, obtain weigh up, verify electronic balance is calibrated and maintain the necessary records.
- Verify match of weigh up and bulk container lot numbers.
- Obtain correct type and quantity of containers for weigh up. Weigh chemicals into containers according to packaging instructions and obtain weight checks.
Who you are:
- Education: Any graduation degree
- Experience: 6month to 2 years’ experience in packaging from a pharma or biochemistry background
- Aware of the hazards of the chemicals and PPE requirements and safe handling and disposing methods. Basic math skills including the metric system.
- Handling of semi-automated equipment.
- Eye-hand coordination. Small/large tool dexterity
