Job Description
As a Business Planning Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic planning and execution of business initiatives within the company. Collaborating closely with senior management, you will help develop actionable plans and strategies aimed at driving growth and enhancing operational efficiency.
Your Role:
- Strategic Planning Support: Work with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal capabilities to inform strategic decisions.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify business development opportunities and assess market potential.
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for improving business performance.
- Reporting and Documentation: Create detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Implementation Assistance: Collaborate with various teams across the organization to support the execution of strategic initiatives and operational enhancements.
- Business Reviews: Participate in regular business reviews within the commercial team to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, enabling the sales team to formulate actionable plans to capitalize on opportunities.
- Sales Effectiveness: Improve sales performance by promoting the adoption of SFDC tools and ensuring quality data input.
- Demand Planning Support: Assist in regional demand planning in close partnership with the Commercial team.
Who You Are:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or commercial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharma/Biopharma; an MBA is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or project management is preferred.
- Capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
