Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all litigation matters including civil, commercial, labour, real-estate, regulatory, and pharma‑specific disputes.
- Supervise external counsel, review pleadings, and drive effective litigation strategy and timely resolution.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and pharma‑related agreements.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
- Provide legal advisory support to cross‑functional teams on day‑to‑day business operations.
- Ensure compliance with pharma regulations, including Drugs & Cosmetics laws and frameworks.
- Identify legal risks and propose practical mitigation strategies for new projects and business initiatives.
- Develop and implement internal legal policies, SOPs, and training programs.
- Maintain litigation trackers, contract repositories, and prepare periodic legal reports for management.
- Act as a business partner for all assigned business functions, including support on real‑estate matters.
