Granulation Operator - Manufacturing
Job Description
To master the Granulation Machine Operator role in one week, you must dedicate the first two days to absorbing strict cGMP regulations, safety gowning, and the core science behind wet versus dry granulation. Days three and four should focus on hands-on mechanical controls, specifically mastering the critical parameters of the Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG) and Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), followed by milling and sizing equipment. The final three days must be spent perfecting line clearance cleaning procedures to prevent cross-contamination, practicing in-process quality tests like Loss on Drying (LOD), and ensuring flawless, error-free documentation in the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
