QC - Analytical (PT)
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct analysis of various raw materials, water samples, and cleaning samples as
per approved method and procedure. AR number generation and reporting of results
in LIMS.
2. Carry out the calibration and verification of pH meter, Conductivity meter.
3. Inventory maintenance for consumables and reagents and glassware.
4. Verification of Analytical balance and microbalance against standard weights.
5. Preparation of reagents, buffer solutions, indicators, volumetric solutions and their
standardization.
6. Sampling of raw materials and packaging materials.
7. Preparation of water trends (chemical parameter).
8. Affix the Status Label for Raw material and Packaging material.
9. Handling, maintenance and inventory management of chemicals.
10. Ensure compliance by reporting laboratory exceptions such as deviations, OOT and OOS, incident to immediate manager/supervisor and QA department for execution
of timely remedial and preventive actions as appropriate.
11. Attend internal and external training session as and when required.
12. Analyst qualification on the methods/tests mentioned by the section in-charge.
13. Any other task assigned by the reporting supervisor.
