Position Purpose:
The position holder ensures the effective, compliant, and timely management of artwork-related activities for 3rd party customers across the product lifecycle, serving as the central link between customers, artwork studios, and internal teams. Additionally, the role owner drives operational excellence by managing APQR communications, supporting serialization activities, and contributing to continuous process improvements within Sales Operations.
Your key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage artwork changes for 3rd party customers, ensuring accurate implementation and alignment with production planning timelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of artwork changes within relevant systems, maintaining data integrity and traceability.Act as the artwork responsible function for product launches and transfer projects, ensuring readiness and compliance throughout all phases.
- Guarantee that all artwork implementations comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. Coordinate artwork-related impacts on production schedules, ensuring minimal disruption and proactive issue resolution.
- Serve as the single point of contact for 3rd party customers and external artwork studios for all artwork-related topics, ensuring clear, structured, and solution-oriented communication. Own communication with customers regarding Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQRs), including request handling, follow-up, tracking, and internal coordination.
- Act as the single point of contact for Track & Trace (serialization) topics for both internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on partner label business. Responsible for maintaining system settings (SAP), correcting setting or EPCIS errors, troubleshooting transmission issues, and retriggering files.
- Act on behalf of other Sandoz affiliates in maintaining supply chain processes, master data, and Track & Trace systems. Collaborate closely with B2B teams, Commercial Directors, and supply sites to coordinate artwork, serialization and quality-related activities and broader operational topics. Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives within Sales Operations B2B, particularly across artwork, APQR, and serialization processes.
- Support the implementation of operational changes and the establishment of new processes across the organization.
- Maintain and continuously improve training materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with operational practices. Support projects related to business expansion and growth initiatives within the B2B segment.
What you will bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, sales operations,.
- Project management, or related functions, preferably within a pharmaceutical or Global Capability Center (GCC) environment.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end sales and commercial processes.
- In‑depth knowledge of complex supply chain, logistics.
- inventory management processes in a global, matrixed organization
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and deliverables.
- Experience driving month-end closings and implementing audit-compliant controls
