Executive, Supply Chain Planning

Job Description

Description:

1. Develop and maintain a rolling 18-month site forecast aligned with the sales forecast
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Packaging, QC, QA, and QM) to ensure seamless day-to-day business operations.
3. Analyze back-order products, provide actionable insights, and work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and clearance.
4. Prepare and maintain site-specific MIS reports, including Service Level, Volume Absorption Tracking, and Failure-to-Supply analysis.
5. Drive cross-functional coordination meetings to ensure uninterrupted product supply across Quality, Sales, and Operations.
6. Ensure timely and accurate capture of all finished goods updates in the designated tracking systems.
7. Partner with manufacturing sites to support the preparation of Annual Budget and Latest Estimate (LE) plans.
8. Support material planning activities to ensure optimal inventory availability and supply continuity.
9. Perform predictive inventory analysis to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and support proactive supply chain decision-making.

Skills Required :

1. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder coordination skills.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills

• Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) BA - Required

• Master Degree (MBA) MBA - Preferred

• 5 years or more in 5 - 8 Years
