Job Description
Prepare, review, and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packing Records (BPRs), where applicable.
Ensure real-time and accurate recording of manufacturing activities in compliance with ALCOA+ principles.
Review logbooks, equipment usage records, cleaning records, and production documentation for completeness.
Prepare and update SOPs, Formats, Work Instructions, Risk Assessments, and Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs).
Coordinate issuance, retrieval, archival, and reconciliation of GMP documents
Support manufacturing operations by ensuring documentation readiness before batch execution.
Verify batch documentation before submission to Quality Assurance.
Coordinate with production supervisors for timely completion of documentation.
Maintain daily production records and shift reports.
