Production Sterile - Packing Jr. Operator
Job Description
? Machine Operation: Operate and monitor sterile packing machines, including labeling, sealing, visual inspection, and secondary packaging of injectable products.
? Setup & Changeover: Perform equipment setup, changeover, and basic troubleshooting, ensuring smooth and efficient packing operations.
? In-Process Checks: Conduct visual inspection, leak test, label verification, and pack integrity checks to ensure product quality.
? GMP Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate packing records, logbooks, and cleaning records, following SOPs and data integrity principles.
? Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of packing equipment, ensuring readiness for sterile operations.
? Audit Readiness: Ensure compliance with USFDA, MHRA, WHO, and EU-GMP guidelines and support regulatory and internal audits.
? Coordination: Collaborate with QA and Production teams to ensure timely and compliant batch packing.
