Plant Training - Section Incharge

Job Description

1. To manage eLMS administration role as a 'STC' for respective site and ensure its proper

implementation across all the functions.

2. To create new user on eLMS platform and mandatory trainings.

3. To facilitate and ensure completion of induction training for new employees before release of

employee for job activities

4. To maintain centralize training data base for site (manual or electronic)

5. To review training documents/ files of employees for training completion as per role curricula and

release of employee on role

6. To store the training document manually and through the M-file.

7. To ensure preparation ofrole curriculum by individual departments for all job roles, to maintain

training role curriculum and periodic revision of same at site

8. To issue role curriculum /Qualification document for all job roles (as applicable) to the concern

persons

9. To ensure training completion of new or revised SOP to all applicable audience before release of

final communication to Quality Assurance.

10. To roll out TNI (Training Need Identification) process, preparation ofAnnual Training Plan at site

on yearly basis.

11. To plan and execute the ATP (Mandatory, Technical, EHS & HR trainings). Updation of manual/

hard copy and electronic data for the same

12. To execute Training Document manually and through the Docusign.

13. To Prepare and maintain the SME/ Trainer List

14. To support in execution & coordination of unplanned training activities against quality events

15. To coordinate for corporate training (Global/ Corporate SOPs & other projects) activities which

include execution, coordination and implementation of planned and unplanned activities at site

16. To Prepare, complete and execute SME training plan to increase the sharing of knowledge within

site and to another sites

17. To evaluate Training Effectiveness check at sites

18. To evaluate Operator and Supervisor at sites as per "SOP for Operator, Supervisor Qualification


and Requalification"

19. To conduct periodic review of"Training history form for GMP Service Providers" on every

alternate month

20. To monitor training completion of contractors at site including GMP training of all GxP

contractors once in a year

21. To provide inputs/compliance for Global or site initiated CAPA report and audit compliance

22. To provide support in the audits to make available the required document to the site training

manager

23. To prepare MIS, Quarterly reports/ presentations and Training effectiveness check dashboard

(Quarterly)

24. To coordinate with department training Coordinators (DTCs) and HODs

25. To organize monthly meeting with DTCs and Functional/ site leads to share training compliance

26. To coordinate with corporate leads, site heads and functional head to understand the training needs

27. To ensure execution of contractor supervisor meeting to ensure compliance of 'Training Con­

cept at USV'

28. Tracking and planning of site budgetary planning for effective utilization and processing of pay­

ment for executed trainings.

29. Any other activity assigned by department Head for which training is imparted.
