Our Team, Your Impact
- SAP Coordinator.
- Material Management in warehouse (Receipt, Sampling, Issue, Dispense, Store, Destruction etc.)
- Maintain track of the issuance of all materials which is received in warehouse
- Preparation of SOP or revision of SOP’S related to warehouse.
- Sending R&D Samples for domestic and foreign sites
- Audit readiness
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- SAP Coordinator -
- Responsible for the generation of the SAP codes
- Creation of GRN
- Creation Reservations
- Creation of Returnable & Non- Returnable Gate Pass
- Creation Export Documents
- Creation of DSIR
- Responsible for materials management activity (Raw/Pack/Innovator/Exhibit)
Following activities that include:
- Receipt of the material, check the material prepare the documents of the same.
- Dispensing of raw materials as and when required.
- Send R&D samples to other locations and track the samples
- Assisting the cross functional department (Finance/SAP/HR/ADMIN)
- Monitoring Daily Temperature Record
- Coordinating with the cross functional teams (Vendors, Procurement, Treasury, Vendor Payments, Formulation, Analytical, Production site Team) for the one receipt of materials required for FRD team.
- Identify the Non-Moving/ Expired all types of materials (Raw/Pack/RLD/Exhibit samples) and circulate the list for destruction
- Procurement of stationery & House Keeping materials. Maintain the stock of the same
Your Skills and Experience
- B.COM/B.A or any other equivalent degree.
- A minimum of 7+ years of Warehouse and allied activities preferably in R&D warehouse set up.
- Hands on experience on ERP (SAP)
Also Good to Have
- Communication Skills
- Communication skills with the ability to speak and write with clarity and structure.
- Computer Skills
- Proficient skills level with using SAP/ARIBA/Glorya/Studium
- Awareness, Adaptation and Facilitation of communication technology channels is preferred.
- Demonstrated computer literacy, including excel spreadsheets, structural drawings, databases, and communication packages preferably in a Windows environment.
- Other Skills
- Proficiency in English spelling, grammar and punctuation.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills required.
- Attention to detail, and the ability to work within a team.
- Ability to work in a highly independent and self-directed work environment is desired.
