Job Description
Operate vial washing machines
Ensure proper cleaning of glassware
Perform pre-washing, washing, and rinsing activities using WFI (Water for Injection).Monitor washing cycle parameters (temperature, pressure, time).
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Perform line clearance before and after batch operations.
Maintain cleaning records, logbooks, and batch documentation.
Coordinate with filling and sterilization departments.
