Inside Sales Executive

Job Description

  • Achieve sales targets in NGS and Array for the assigned region
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients for NGS and Array solutions
  • Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory
  • Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure retention and repeat business opportunities
  • Collect customer and market feedback and report findings to the organization
  • Analyze sales data, conduct periodical forecasting, and prepare sales reports
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and product presentations to prospective clients
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate pipeline and activity data
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats in the NGS and Array sectors
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and techno-commercial acumen to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders from diverse functions and backgrounds
  • Possess technical knowledge of NGS and Array technologies and applications
