Job Description
Manage receipt, storage, preservation, and issuance of engineering spare parts and consumables.
Maintain inventory of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, utility, HVAC, and maintenance materials.
Ensure timely issuance of critical spares to support preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Monitor inventory levels, establish minimum/maximum stock levels, and initiate purchase requisitions.
Perform material inward verification, GRN processing, and documentation as per SOPs.
Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP/ERP and ensure stock reconciliation.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with Engineering, Purchase, Production, and Warehouse teams for material planning and procurement.
Track critical and non-moving inventory and recommend inventory optimization measures.
