Job Description
Purpose of Job
To handle API IP matters at Sr. Executive or Asst Mgr level.
Knowledge in conducting patent search through various databases and preparing landscape
IP evaluation & due diligence for global market
Freedom to operate/Validity/Invalidity and Infringement-NI reports
Patentability search, patent drafting, prosecution and relevant prior art search
Tracking of critical patents, updates regarding new publications and databases etc
Skill Required
Strong analytical skills
Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
Good written and spoken English communication
Roles and Responsibilites

Qualification Required
Professionals with Masters Degree (M.Sc) in Organic Chemistry
Relevant skills / Industry experience
Having around 5-6 years of work experience in IPR (API).
