Sr. Executive - Supply Chain Management

Roles and Responsibilites

• · Day to day coordination with production and market for supply requirements. Conduct telecons as required.
• · Support Supply Chain Managers in all their responsibilities.
• · Support activities for decision making, communication, and Supply and Operations meetings.
• · Workout production priorities and communicate same with plant/ manager.
• · Review and suggest packing priorities for Key SKUs.
• · Review inventory to identify items at risk for stock out situation or risk of inventory due to short shelf life and initiate appropriate action.
• · Review supply situation against opportunistic sales/ tender demand.
• · Work as a first point of contact for allotted region supply chain staff.
• · Sales & Operations planning with Clusters and packing sites to review supply dates and impact on service levels.
• · Perform demand and inventory review. Identify potential upsides to forecasts and plan accordingly.
• · To oversee change requests – for change in Artworks, Bill of Material (BOM) & confirm implementation timelines for SKUs of applicable territory.
• · Closely coordinate and communicate with customer towards action on supply planning.
• · Timely order placements of required products.
• · Initiate invoicing activity of ready stock.
• · Generation of MIS report with SAP and Excel on routine basis.
• · Coordinate with Launch team for new products supply.

Qualification Required

Preferred MBA with atleast 2 years of experience.
