Your Role
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers across the East India territory; ensure ultrapure water systems are installed, maintained, and performing to high standards.
- Lead installation, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of benchtop, central, and large-scale water purification systems.
- Implement RO/EDI modules, UV treatment components, polishing cartridges, dispensers, and distribution loops.
- Execute preventive maintenance, calibration, and annual certification activities per service protocols and SLAs.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to water quality (conductivity, TOC, bacterial levels) and system performance (flow, pressure, leaks, electrical faults, sensor failures).
- Provide on-site and remote technical support; respond to service calls within agreed timeframes.
- Train laboratory users on system operation, daily maintenance routines, and best practices for ultrapure water management.
- Document all service activities in the CRM; manage spare parts inventory in the service vehicle; collaborate with sales, application, and technical support; contribute product feedback for continuous improvement.
Who You Are
- You hold a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field — or bring equivalent hands-on technical experience.
- You have at least 3 years of field service experience, ideally with laboratory or industrial water purification, analytical instrumentation, or related electromechanical systems.
- You are proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical faults using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and relevant service software, with a solid understanding of water quality parameters including conductivity, TOC, and bacterial contamination.
- You are familiar with IQ/OQ/PQ qualification processes and can complete service documentation accurately within CRM platforms such as SAP.
- You communicate clearly and confidently with laboratory end-users and cross-functional colleagues and are comfortable delivering on-site training and technical guidance.
- You are willing and able to travel up to 70% of the time within the East India territory and participate in on-call service rotations.
