Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial documentation.
  • Support the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
  • Help process vendor invoices and employee reimbursement claims.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
  • Maintain and organize financial records and files.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Prepare basic financial reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for finance-related matters.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information.
  • Carry out other finance and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
